Rm 11: The Phillips

The Phillips room is one of 3 bedrooms that includes 2 new 14” memory foam mattresses, smart TV, extra pillows, private shower and toilet, seating area and writing desk with an easy-to-use heating & a/c unit. Located on the second floor overlooking the front outdoor patio and our backyard / parking area. 

As our guest, you have access to all shared areas: sunroom, brick patio deck with propane fire pit, sun umbrellas shading spacious patio, quiet living room with gas fireplace and front porch sitting area and open grounds.  

Twin-size memory foam rollaway bed available upon request.
