3 Riverside Queen

Room 3, Our Riverside Queen Room, features a queen size bed with a  SmartTV and a private bathroom.

This is our smallest Queen room is ideal for the single traveler, but will accommodate two if you’re comfortable being cozy!  It boasts a shower/tub combo with the sink on the outside of bathroom. Instead of a closet, there are 2 small side dressers with 2 drawers each, a luggage rack and a hair dryer.  Heat is controlled by knob on the baseboard heater directly across from sink. We installed brand new carpet in 2025.  The room is located on the main level (no stairs) facing west towards the Uncompahgre River and the cliffs beyond. It has an exterior door which opens up to our wrap around veranda. Right outside, a few steps away, you will find our outdoor hot tub which is open year round.

All of our rooms include a full breakfast, and complimentary water at check-in.
