• Season begins Memorial Day weekend
• 3-night minimum except July which is a 4-night minimum
• Pet Friendly Cottages 1,2,3,12,13,14
• All cottages feature new flooring, new paint, new electrical, new water lines, and new sewer lines. Most cottages with new bathrooms and new kitchen cabinets.
• Payments:  100% of your payment is due at booking (less than 60 days before arrival).  If you have booked your stay greater than 60 days prior to your arrival, you will be charged 30% at the time of booking and the remainder will automatically be charged at 60 days prior to checkin to the same credit card.
• Refund Policy: Refunds are available if you cancel more than 60 days before the first day of your stay. Cancellations 60 days or less before your stay are non-refundable.
