One-bedroom with porch. Unit #3 is bright, spacious and comfortable with a separate bedroom with king bed, living room/dining area, kitchen and bath. Amenities include central air conditioning, free WIFI, plenty of storage, flat screen televisions in the living room and bedroom, and fully equipped kitchen.  The kitchen is fully equipped with full size refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishes, cutlery, utensils, pots, coffee maker and toaster. Cleaning supplies and paper products are provided as well. The living/dining room has a comfy queen size sleep sofa, recliner, a charming dining area and desk.  The screened porch has seating for four and views of our tropical grounds and pool. Free laundry facilities are on the property. The beach is only 2 streets away, about a 5 minute walk. Beach towels, chairs and umbrellas are provided free of charge. Bicycles are also available for no charge.
