Entire Property + (5 units)

For larger parties we now offer the ability to book all 5 of our units together. This includes our new North Suite which will open on May 15 through Aug. 18 on a trial basis.

Included in this package are the Garden Suite, The Gen. Wadsworth Suite, The Alice Hay Room and the Senator's Room as well as the new North Suite.

In total, groups of up to 16 should be able to fit in our Plus package which includes 7 Bedrooms, 5 baths and 3 Kitchenettes.

The 7 bedroons have a total of 10 beds: 1 King, 5 Queens, 2 Singles and 2 roll-a-ways.

We allow pets in both the Garden Suiite and the new North Suite with a pet fee.

People who book the entire Propoerty Plus Package will have exclusive access to our swimming pool area as well as the main house veranda overlooking the Genesee Valley.

Guests may also use both our Har-Tru tennis court and croquet court by reservation.

Please advise if you are interested in playing in our club leagues for both tennis and croquet.
