3 - The Family Room

The "Family Room" provides a convenient and cozy room for families or groups, accommodating up to 5 guests, at an economical rate.  Two Double beds and a large couch, along with a game table give a little extra space to gather and relax.  This room has private small bathroom with a standard shower.  A covered portico provides outdoor seating. All the essentials for a relaxing stay are included in this room: climate control with air conditioning, quiet natural gas heat, extended basic cable, free wireless internet, 4 cup coffee maker with complimentary coffee and tea, mini-fridge, and microwave. An ice machine is provided in the common area. All guests have access to our private dock and lake access on Budd Lake, picnic pavilion, outdoor charcoal grills, fire ring, and over 2 acres of green space to enjoy the natural beauty of Northern Michigan.
