Pilot Hill Farm—our most private and exclusive of accommodations—is located on the second floor of our farm’s former barn. Featuring a king bed and a queen-sized pull-out sofa bed, this elegant room can accommodate up to four guests. With its view of the back woods and our alpacas, Pilot Hill is perfect for a bride and groom, members of a wedding party, or a couple looking to spend some private time alone together. A handsome in-room desk makes this room ideal for a writer or for someone working remotely. The bathroom has a shower.

Down Island Farm—with its original wide-plank wood floors—features a queen bed. The room is located on the ground floor of our farm’s former barn and boasts a large, lovely deck overlooking the back woods with a view of our alpacas. Perfect for a beach getaway and stargazing, the room also has a queen-sized pull-out sofa, and can accommodate up to four guests. The bathroom has a bathtub/shower.

Northern Pines Farm—on the first floor of our farm’s former gardening cottage—features a queen bed and a large, lovely deck overlooking the back woods with a view of our alpacas. A cheerful and comfortable spot from which to explore the magic of the Vineyard and to stargaze, the room also has a light-filled private sitting room with a queen-sized pull-out sofa. The room can accommodate up to four guests. The bathroom has a shower.

Spring Moon Farm—on the second floor of the main building—features a queen bed and your own private balcony—a wonderful place for sitting and gathering your thoughts at the start and end of a beautiful, beach-filled day on Martha’s Vineyard. The bathroom has a bathtub/shower.

Bayes Norton Farm—on the second floor of the main building—features a queen bed and its own private staircase to access the room. This lovely room—with its full view of our English Garden—is the perfect resting spot after an active day or a great place to enjoy the deep relaxation you can find only on Martha’s Vineyard. The bathroom has a bathtub/shower.

Located on the ground floor of our farm’s former gardening cottage, cozy Good Farm features a queen bed and a petite screened-in porch where you can enjoy the cottage gardens, our gorgeous rhododendrons, and a bit of outdoor Martha’s Vineyard and her birdsong, regardless of the weather. The bathroom has a shower. (This room is pet friendly.)

Whiting Farm—on the pool-facing side of the main building—features a queen bed and a sitting deck overlooking the pool and the pool gardens. You have a view of our fantastic crepe myrtle tree and our many-years-old butterfly bushes. The deck offers a lovely spot from which to admire the seasons, our pollinators, and the joys of Martha’s Vineyard. The bathroom has a shower.
