3 queen beds and one pull out sofa in the living room, 1 full bathroom on first floor and 1/2 bath on second floor, 1-4 occupants is the Standard Rate, extra person charge for each person up to maximum number of 8 per night with a minimum of a 2 night stay. Full kitchen with coffee maker (complimentary coffee is provided), washer & dryer, bed linen & towels, wood stove, and a full office with high speed WiFi internet. Television, hairdryer in each bathroom, cable TV, air condition, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, ceiling fans, large 16' x 40' deck with outdoor furniture and gas grill.
