Room 23, the Scarlette Room, has a queen bed, large bathroom with tub/shower combo, and fridge. Most often combined with room 25 and booked as the Scarlette Suite. When hotel is experiencing low availibility, ask front desk about booking only Room 23 as a single queen room

#24 The Pine Room

Room 24 is the Pine Room and is part of the Big Daddy Pine Suite when booked with room 26. It contains a king bed, fridge, TV, and armchair, located oin the 2nd floor and faces the front entrance of the hotel. If the entire suite is not what you require, ask the front desk about the possiblility of booking room 24 as a standard king room.
