Checkin/Checkout Policy
- Check in is 2:00 PM and on day of arrival; late arrivals are OK, just contact us to let us know approximate arrival time. Check out is 11:00 AM on day of departure.
Pet Policy
- Pets are welcome. There will be an additional $25 cleaning fee for pets, and they must be on leash when outside the room.
Booking Policy
- All Reservations over 7 days out will require a deposit equal to 1^st night’s Rate
- Any Reservation made within 5 days will be required to be paid in full
Cancellation Policy
- If Cancelling Reservation within 14 days of arrival you will forfeit your deposit
- If Cancelling Reservation within 5 days of arrival you will be charged the full amount of the reservation
No Smoking Policy
- There is no Smoking or Vaping of any kind inside the Rooms, Cabin, or Trailers
- Ashtrays are provided outside the rooms for your convenience
- There is a $250 charge to clean and deoderize room if is smoked in
Property Policy - Unfortunate to have to put this policy in place but necessary due to past experiences:
- You will be charged for any Damage to the Poperty, Rooms, Trailers, Cabins, Furniture, Kitchen ware, Linens, Appliances, etc. due to any misuse, whether intentional or not.
- You will be charged for any lost or stolen Linens, Kitchenware, Appliances, etc
