Check-in / Check-out: Casita check-in 3pm - 5pm. Check out at 11:00 am. Early check-in or late check-out can occur with prior approval for a $25 additional fee. We will contact you on the date of arrival for check-in info.
Deposit: A deposit equal to one night's stay is due upon reservation. The full stay will be charged on reservations booked within 7 days of the stay.
Cancellations / Changes:
21 Days in Advance - Cancellations / Date Changes more than 21 days in advance of check-in will incur a $25 fee.
For cancellation or changes between 20 and 8 days before check-in, you forfeit your one-night deposit.
The entire stay will be charged for Cancellation or changes within 7 days of the scheduled check-in date and will not be refunded.
Smoking: Smoking is NOT Permitted. There will be a $250 cleaning fee charged to your credit card on file for smoking.
Pets: Pets are not allowed to be left alone in casitas at any time. There is a $50 per pet, per night fee - no exceptions. No pets over 15lbs.
